Choose a material for your packaging

Our dedicated coffee bag labels use matte paper without lamination. The low-glare finish works well with understated branding and readable tasting notes. Paper labels are intended for dry bags and are not waterproof or oil-resistant. If your packaging will face moisture or greasy handling, compare gloss laminated paper or matte BOPP through the material collections, checking sizes and minimum quantities on the selected product.

Find the right label size

The coffee listing offers 3 × 4 and 4 × 6 inch labels. Choose by the bag’s usable front panel, not only its advertised coffee weight. Fill and close one bag before measuring because gussets, folds and the filled shape can change the visible area. A 3 × 4 inch paper template is a useful first check; test the larger size only if it stays clear of the zipper, folds and valve.

Application tips for a better finish

Keep the label off the degassing valve and away from seams that flex during handling. A large label that bridges a fold may wrinkle even when the artwork looks good on a flat screen. Apply to clean, dry packaging and smooth the label without stretching the bag. For textured kraft, coated or unusual films, check adhesion on the actual bag material before labeling a full run.

Artwork, proofs and fast turnaround

Choose the size, material and quantity on the product page, then upload your artwork or email it with your order number. A basic file check and digital proof are included. Use vector artwork where possible, or a sharp 300 DPI image at the finished size. For edge-to-edge printing, extend the background 4 mm beyond the cut line and keep important text safely inside it. Printed colors can differ from a screen; the proof confirms layout rather than an exact color match.

Most orders ship within 2 business days after proof approval. Some products list 3–5 business days, so check your selected listing before planning a launch.
