Choose a material for your packaging
Gloss laminated paper is a practical option when you want a glossy finish with extra scuff protection and resistance to light splashes. For dry indoor packaging, gloss or matte paper offers another look. Neither option is a certified heat-resistant label. Matte BOPP film can be considered where oil or moisture resistance matters, but film alone does not establish a safe operating temperature. Test the complete label on your specific vessel under your normal product-use conditions.
Find the right label size
For 8 oz candle jars, start by testing a 2 or 2.5 inch circle on the actual smooth face or lid. A larger 16 oz vessel may accommodate a 3 inch circle or 3 × 3 inch square, but capacity does not determine diameter or usable height. Wide, low jars and tall, narrow jars need different layouts. Keep labels below the shoulder and above the curved base, and check the lid’s flat area separately.

Application tips for a better finish
Peeling is not always a material problem. Dust, wax residue, fragrance oil, textured coatings and labels extending over curves can all reduce contact. Apply to clean, dry, cooled containers and smooth from the center outward. Avoid trapping air, touching the adhesive or bridging a seam. Keep branding labels away from flames and hot wax. A branding label does not replace your candle’s safety information or product testing.
Artwork, proofs and fast turnaround
Choose the size, material and quantity on the product page, then upload your artwork or email it with your order number. A basic file check and digital proof are included. Use vector artwork where possible, or a sharp 300 DPI image at the finished size. For edge-to-edge printing, extend the background 4 mm beyond the cut line and keep important text safely inside it. Printed colors can differ from a screen; the proof confirms layout rather than an exact color match.
Most orders ship within 2 business days after proof approval. Some products list 3–5 business days, so check your selected listing before planning a launch. Production and carrier transit are separate. Free standard U.S. shipping is included.
