FAQ

What file types do you accept?

PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) print the cleanest. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the highest-resolution file you have.

Do I need bleed and a safe area?

Helpful if you have them. If you don't, send the file anyway — we check artwork before printing and will tell you if something needs a tweak.

How long does printing take?

Most orders ship within 2 business days after artwork is approved.

Paper vs laminated?

Paper is the everyday indoor finish (gloss or matte). Laminated adds a protective film for extra scuff and moisture resistance. Finish is chosen on the product page.

What quantities can I order?

Most products start at 100 labels, with 250, 500, and 1000 tiers. Exact quantities are on each product page.

What if there is a print error?

If we made a print error or the roll is damaged in transit, we reprint at no charge. Email crisplabelco@gmail.com within 14 days with photos. If we printed your approved file and the labels are not defective, we cannot refund — labels are printed to order.

Do you ship for free?

Yes — free standard shipping on U.S. orders. We email tracking when the order ships. International: contact us first. Full details: shipping policy.
