What file types do you accept?

PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) print the cleanest. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the highest-resolution file you have.

Do I need bleed and a safe area?

For edge-to-edge printing, extend your background 4 mm beyond the cut line on every side. Keep important text, logos and barcodes inside the safe area. If your artwork has no bleed, we fit the complete design inside the label with a white border. Your digital proof shows the layout before printing. How long does printing take?

Most orders ship within 2 business days after artwork is approved.

Paper, laminated or BOPP?

Paper labels come in gloss or matte for dry packaging and are not waterproof. Gloss laminated paper labels add a protective film for scuff resistance and light splashes; they are water-resistant, not waterproof, and are not intended for soaking or oily conditions. Matte laminate is not offered. Matte BOPP labels are thin, flexible, waterproof and oil-resistant film labels without an added laminate layer. Adhesion and printed durability depend on the container and conditions of use. Apply labels to clean, dry, smooth surfaces.

What quantities can I order?

Our current label listings offer quantities up to 500 labels per roll, generally in increments of 50. Most start at 100 labels; selected BOPP listings start at 150. Check the quantity choices on your product page. One design, size and product/SKU per roll; quantities cannot be split among designs.

Do I receive free extra labels?

Paper and gloss laminated orders of 250 labels or more include 50 extra labels where shown in the quantity menu. BOPP orders contain the selected quantity only; the free-extra offer does not apply to BOPP.

What if there is a print error?

If we made a print error or the roll is damaged in transit, we reprint at no charge. Email crisplabelco@gmail.com within 14 days with photos. If we printed your approved file and the labels are not defective, we cannot refund — labels are printed to order.
