Custom Soap Packaging Labels — Gloss or Matte Paper

Custom paper labels for soap boxes, dry outer wrappers and belly bands. Add your branding to handmade soap packaging with sharp full-color printing. Labels only: containers, contents and props shown in mockups are not included.

Material and finish

Choose gloss paper for a glossy finish or matte paper for a smooth, low-glare finish. These are unlaminated paper labels for dry packaging; they are not waterproof or oil-resistant. Avoid wet handling, condensation and grease.

Sizes and quantities

1 × 3, 2 × 3, 2 × 4 or 3 × 4 inch rectangles. Choose 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500 labels per roll. The cart quantity is the number of rolls. One design, size and product/SKU per roll; quantities cannot be split among designs.

Use on clean, dry outer packaging only. Do not apply directly to bare soap or expose to water, oil or heavy moisture.

Color accuracy

Printed colors can differ from your screen or digital proof because of display settings, materials, toner and lighting. A proof confirms layout and placement, not an exact color match. Standard CMYK printing; metallic inks and foil are not included.

Print-ready artwork

Prices cover printing your supplied, ready-to-print design. Prepare artwork for the exact size and shape selected, with sharp images and readable text. Keep important text and logos safely inside the cut line.

For edge-to-edge printing, extend the background 4 mm beyond the cut line on every side. This extra background is called bleed and is trimmed away. Do not stretch the entire design to add bleed.

If your artwork has no bleed, we will fit the complete design inside the selected shape and print with a white border. Border width depends on the artwork and shape. Your digital proof will show the border before printing.

How to order

1. Select your size, quantity and paper finish.
2. Upload your artwork on the product page, or email it to crisplabelco@gmail.com after ordering with your order number. For design service, send your logo, wording and instructions. PDF, AI, EPS or SVG preferred; high-resolution PNG/JPG at 300 DPI accepted.
3. Review and approve your digital proof. A basic file check and proof are included.

Design assistance

Optional design assistance is $15 per label layout. Contact us before ordering if you need this service. The service covers one layout, one size and shape, and one product/SKU using the logo, wording and images you provide, with up to two consolidated revision rounds. Additional sizes, SKUs, logo creation, illustration or extensive reconstruction are quoted separately. Editable, source and print-ready digital files are not included.

Production and shipping

Typical production is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Delayed artwork or approval delays production. Free standard U.S. shipping is included. No on-demand printed samples or perforation between labels.

Custom orders

Check dimensions, spelling and artwork before approving your proof. Custom printed labels are not returnable; contact us with photos if your order arrives damaged or has a production error. Apply labels to clean, dry, smooth packaging.
